Clearing troubling emotions can bring us back to creativity and clarity.  For the past 8 weeks I’ve been offering free EFT group sessions to help during these uncertain times.  Here are some highlights of those sessions.  I wrote the lullaby a few weeks ago for my grandchildren–I sure miss their hugs!\

Lullaby:  I Can See The World From My Window

I can see the world from my window, all the tree and rocks and cars

I can see the world from my window, i can see really, really far

Dadu, Mamu come to me, I want to see your car.  Why are you staying away from me?  It feels a little hard.

I can hear the birds from my window, cardinals and robins, too.

I can see the weather from my window, rain or sun shining through.

It doesn’t seem like it used to be, I feel confused and mad.  Why did you abandon me?  It makes me feel so sad!

I can see the world from my window, These days I venture outside.

I am thankful for the swings in my yard, for the rocks, the grass, the slide.

I can see the world from my window. . . .

Carrie, your voice, your thoughts and lullaby’s play on the strings within. Lovely one…as it makes us nostalgic in today’s times
