When life is tough and maddening, let’s remember the magic. Alert: Young children who believe in Santa don’t need to hear this episode, but it’s just right for those of us in on the secret.

Original Lullaby by Carrie/The Blankie
Magic in the Air:
I want to sit beside the window so I can see the Christmas lights
I want to watch those cartoon specials, I hope I get my fill tonight
Santa Claus, the grinchy dude, and even Rudolph’s nose.
When I was very little I believed in all of those.
I want to tally up my blessings but the list is far too long
I want to gather up my children and sing every Christmas song
Be kinder to all God’s sweet lambs, include them in my prayers
If I don’t I’ve missed the point of magic in the air.
