I have mixed emotions about Halloween. I admit to Mommy guilt about uncreative and last-minute costumes. Am I alone in my ambivalence and struggle?
Please tell us about your greatest (or lamest) costume. You can find us on facebook or at TheBlankie.Blog. As always I will post pertinent weblinks and resources along with the lyrics to the lullaby.
Your reviews, likes, comments and subscriptions are very much appreciated and will propel The Blankie Blog to listeners who need us worldwide. Thank you for your support.

Happy Halloween Poem by The Blankie/Carrie
The cauldron will bubble, It’s simmering with trouble
They’re coming to take you away.
For you can’t think of a single disguise
And Halloween is today
The children are darling, With make up, and feathers
But you can’t decide what to be
The pumpkin intact, not an evil grin carved
Enough to make you scream
The neighbors are wearing, Great costumes for scaring
Still you’re not inspired as you seem
Oh people don’t judge me I’ll give you some loot
And wish you Happy Halloween!
